Retired Navy Corpsman Redmond Ramos, among those who posed, lost his left leg when he stepped on an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan.

Sgt. Mary Dague, a former bomb technician who lost her arms in Iraq, is also among those who posed. She's standing over Sgt. Brian Taylor Urreula, who lost his right leg below the knee, when his vehicle was hit by two roadside bombs in Baghdad.

Michael Stokes took the captivating photos for his new book, Always Loyal. He began photographing wounded vets last year.

Sgt. Eric Hunter is his latest model. He was wounded in Afghanistan, losing his right leg below the knee and severely injuring his left leg after stepping on an IED.

“I am really nervous going to the photo shoot,” he told INSIDE EDITION.

“Let me see those guns,” Stokes said to Hunter.

Hunter joined his brave -- and naked -- fellow vets, who are inspiring all of us.
