One suspect, 22-year-old Wayman Clark, was arrested, and investigators are trying to identify another man believed to have helped in the alleged robbery at St. Cecilia Cathedral in Omaha on Sunday, according to The Associated Press.

The woman, who hasn't been identified, was seen reading a parish newsletter inside the church when a suspect nabbed her purse before running away. The other male punched her in the head before fleeing, the video shows.

The Rev. James Netusil said: "From the video, we know that she had just walked in two minutes before and suddenly, she's attacked.”

He added that she was "pretty shaken up" by the brutal act.

The woman fell and hit her head against a table. She was taken to a hospital with a large bump and scrapes on her forehead, and has been released, said a hospital spokeswoman.
