Actor Jon Hamm and longtime girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt have ended their 18 year relationship.
Mad Men star Jon Hamm, 44, and girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt, 42, have called it quits after nearly two decades together.

The couple tells People magazine: "With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history.
"We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward."

The couple has been plagued with separation rumors for months, according to People.
They were last seen in July at the premier of Netflix’s Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp.
