Following Tracy Morgans big return to the stage at the Emmys, the son of the fellow comic killed in the tragic car accident is blasting the TV star.
Tracy Morgan’s triumphant return at the Emmys is being blasted by the family of the James McNair, the comedian who died in last year's limo crash.

James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, 62, lost his life in the New Jersey Turnpike crash that severely injured Morgan last year.
In his surprise appearance at the Emmys, Morgan thanked his doctors and his family for helping him through his recovery, but made no mention of McNair.
McNair's son, Jamel, took to Facebook to express his anger.
INSIDE EDITION spoke to Jamel and his sister four months ago. At that time, they said that Morgan had not reached out to them, saying: “We haven't heard from Tracy yet, but there is a lot going on with him and we can understand that. Everything takes time. I'm sure that we will hear from him and he gets well soon.”

When Morgan appeared on the Today show in June, he broke down talking about McNair.
“He's a close friend of mine, a comrade in comedy. He was a loving man and a warm man. He was a good man, and it's just hard for me to see that he's gone,” he emotionally said.
