Brother Joseph Byron, a monk at Portsmouth Abbey High School in Rhode Island, was identified as the sky high sunbather.

“It feels like we're on top of the world,” he told INSIDE EDITION after a 20-minute climb up a steep ladder to the top of the 200-ft-high turbine, which belongs to the school.

Those who reach the top are rewarded with views that stretch hundred miles in every direction from out over Narragansett Bay to the Atlantic and beyond.

"It's a peaceful solitary place to come,” he said.

Byron helped construct and maintains the turbine, which is used to generate power for the school and is in charge of its maintenance.
