The youngest victim of Saturday's tragedy during an Oklahoma State homecoming parade has been named as 2-year-old Nash Lucas, the son of a sophomore chemistry student.
Lucas was among the four people killed when police say Adacia Chambers, 25, allegedly drove her car through the Sea of Orange parade, mowing down dozens of people and leaving at least 46 injured, CNN reports.
As the extent of the horror was only just becoming clear, Chambers' attorney was already questioning suggestions his client was intoxicated at the time of the crash as he told reporters ahead of Chambers' first court appearance Monday she likely suffers from serious mental illness.

"I absolutely can rule out alcohol," attorney Tony Coleman said at an Oklahoma City press conference on Sunday. "Her competency is of great concern to me...there have been warning signs coming from Ms. Chambers for quite some time, for the past few years."
Chambers was expected to stand before a judge for the first time on Monday afternoon.
Police in Oklahoma led Chambers away from her crumpled Hyundai sedan in cuffs, apparently uninjured on Saturday morning.
Far less lucky was 23-year-old MBA student Nakita Prabhakar, originally from Mumbai, India, who died in the crash. Also killed were 65-year-old Stillwater residents Bonnie Jean Stone and Marvin Lyle Stone.
Mr. Stone was a retired OSU professor. His wife, Bonnie, was a longtime university employee.

For Nash Lucas, a GoFundMe page has been created to support his grieving mother financially in the wake of her loss. As of Monday morning, it had raised $33,000.
Witnesses called the scene "nightmarish" and multiple accounts described a point at which people were flung into the air like rag dolls as a car careened into the packed crowd in Stillwater.
Over 40 people were treated following the crash. Five of those hospitalized were in listed in critical condition.

Police said 11 of the injured were aged 13 and below including a 1-year-old, a 3-year-old and four 6-year-olds, CNN reports.
Adacia Chambers, of Stillwater, was not involved in the parade, nor was she a student at OSU.
Chambers charged with suspicion of DUI and was also being held she was being held on four additional counts of second-degree murder, reports the AP.
