The next Miss Golden Globe is Corinne Foxx, Jamie Foxx's daughter.
“I got an email telling me they wanted me to be Miss Golden Globe and I was just ecstatic,” she told INSIDE EDITION following the announcement on Wednesday. “I was jumping up and down.”
The 21-year-old model-actress, who's also a senior at the University of Southern California, will help hand out awards on Golden Globes night in January.
Her movie star dad couldn’t be more proud.
“I'm over the moon, man, I’m over the moon,” the Oscar winner said.

Hollywood Foreign Press Association President Lorenzo Soria says Corrine makes the perfect Miss Golden Globe.
“She's lovely, she's beautiful, she's smart, she's talented,” he said. “I hope we will manage to keep the tradition of having a show that honors the best in film and television together and at the same time is fun to watch and fun to be there.”
