Jamie Foxx sprang into action and rescued a driver from a burning car on Monday night.
The crash happened right in front of the actor's home outside of Los Angeles.
“We have a rescue with patient trapped. Vehicle on fire,” a rescue worker was heard saying.
Photos show the smoky, mangled wreckage as firefighters extinguish the flames.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Foxx and his friend heard the crash and screams coming from the driver who was trapped inside the burning car.
Fearing the car would explode, Foxx and his friend broke open a window, cut the driver's seat belt and pulled him to safety.
The 32-year-old driver was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, including burns to his face. He was also arrested for driving under the influence.
It was a horrible crash-- but could have been a lot worse if it hadn't been for the fast response from Foxx.
