A Canada teen who lost her battle with cancer before she could graduate high school was honored by loved ones who wrote yearbook-style tributes on her casket.
Laura Hillier of Burlington, Ontario died Jan. 20 after a years-long struggle with myeloid leukemia.
A photo from her funeral shows her vivid, white casket completely covered in multi-colored messages that honor the 18-year-old and give her the senior yearbook she never got the chance to bring home.

"Life is a song," read a message emblazoned on the side of the casket. "Sing it 'til your heart's content."
A photo of the touching memorial was shared hundreds of thousands of times on photo-sharing site Imgur.
According to CTV News, Hillier's long wait for a stem ccell transplant finally came to an end when she underwent what she hoped would be a life-saving procedure in August.

Unfortunately, the teen's cancer returned that November, Mashable reports. She died two months later and her funeral was held Jan. 30.
Donations can be made to Canadian cancer charity Coast to Coast in Laura's name.
Since Jan. 30, the group has raised over $20,000 in memory of the teen.
