The four-legged lawn mower apparently got on the last nerve of neighbor Judge Hemant Ratre after trespassing yet again on his property and digging up his flower and vegetable garden.

The goat, named Babli, was later released on bail, along with her owner, Abdul Hassan, who posted an undisclosed amount of money.

Hassan was charged with trespassing and destruction of property and faces up to two years in prison if convicted, SkyNews reported Tuesday.

"My goat has been brought to the police station. It ate up the flowers and vegetables on the lawn of the judge," Hassan said.
