Cops say Samaj Cook, 21, allegedly hit three cars on a freeway in Oakland, California and then led police on a chase earlier this week.

An off-duty California Highway Patrol officer witnessed the melee and followed Cook in his car.

The California High Way Patrol in Oakland posted about the bust on Facebook and commented on his eye-catching look.

Cook reportedly told cops he was on his way to a photo shoot, which explained his shiny skin. He was taken to a hospital for observation and was medically cleared and then arrested for suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.
