Lindsay Lohan is not engaged despite reports that Lohan’s younger boyfriend Russian business heir Egor Tarabasov popped the question over the weekend.
Lohan's rep said: "The story is untrue and holds no merit."
Lohan, 29, moved in with her 22-year-old boyfriend in London last month. They've been dating since last fall and couple is reported to be very happy.

On Tuesday night, Lohan was seen at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center where she performed on stage with Duran Duran.
Lohan’s parents, Dina and Michael and her younger sister, Ali, were also photographed at the concert.
