The adorable toddler gave a cheeky grin as he held onto his dad.

He posed alongside Prince Charles, Prince William and the Queen in the White Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace. Their photos will appear on stamps being released to honor the Queen's birthday.

Royal photographer Ranald Mackechnie, who snapped the photos, told INSIDE EDITION he probably got Prince George to smile because he was “making strange faces.”

He said George was “very comfortable” during the shoot.

“The whole shoot went swimmingly well. It was perfect,” he added.

The hardest part was making sure everyone was roughly the same height. Each face has to fit perfectly inside its own perforated outline for their individual stamp -- so the two-year-old needed a boost.

“They are foam blocks, like an athlete or gym person might exercise on, a square cut into pieces so we could adjust the height,” the photographer said. “If Prince George was standing on the floor he wouldn't be in the frame.”

Prince George was smartly dressed in a white shirt and shorts with matching knee socks. The outfit by Rachel Riley costs $159.
