A supermarket worker in England made one little girl’s dream come true by inviting her behind the counter to scan a few items.

The employee, identified as Lin, assisted Amanda Wilkins, a mom of two children who are blind and autistic, while she was checking out at the register.
Lin helped Amanda out by allowing one of her daughters, Holly, to check out a few items at the scanner.
Amanda was overwhelmed by the gesture and how excited it made her daughter.
“This very kind lady decided to help instead of judge,” Amanda wrote on Facebook along with a photo of the incident.
She posted the photo on the Morrisons supermarket page, adding: “It doesn't happen very often! She distracted my daughter by letting her scan all my shopping.”
The emotional mother wrote that Holly “loves playing ‘shops’ and it is very difficult to shop with her two daughters, however, Lin made it a wonderful trip to the store.

She added: “It melts my heart to come across people that are prepared to go the extra mile, and little acts of kindness makes a massive difference to my world.”
The photo, which was put on Facebook May 7, was posted in hopes that Lin would see it.
In just two days the photo has gained 13,000 comments, over 96,000 shares and over 528,000 likes.
The news of the photo got back to Lin’s boss, Simon Nellis, who posted in the comment section: “That's my Lin! Thanks for sharing this- I make a massive fuss of my team when they do great, natural things for our customers like this and they also go on our wall of fame. I can now do this with Lin.”
A spokesperson for Morrisons posted on Facebook: “It's amazing how something small can make a massive difference to others and Its lovely to hear that one of your daughters dreams has been brought to life by this act of kindness.”
