Brides Add Plastic Surgery to Wedding Preparations

INSIDE EDITION follows one bride-to-be from the new reality show Bridalplasty, as she gets plastic surgery before her wedding.

A beautiful bride-to-be shops for her wedding dress, saying, "This is the perfect dress for the perfect day to be the perfect bride."

But Donna Gregory's quest for perfection doesn't stop there. Believe it or not, this beautiful young woman wants plastic surgery before she walks down the aisle.

"I look at it as, you just want to be more beautiful," said Gergory.

Donna's part of a growing trend. On the E! reality show Bridalplasty, 12 women compete to win extreme plastic surgery before their wedding day.

Donna wants to smooth over the small bump on her nose, remove the fatty tissue above her eyes and enlarge her breasts one cup size.

INSIDE EDITION went along as she consulted with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher as he describes what he's going to do.

Dr. Fisher told INSIDE EDITION, "We're going to do a little fine tuning. First of all, we're going to make her skin look great. Then we're going to open up her eyes just a tiny bit where there's a little bit more space to put that eye makeup on and make her eyes bright."

On the day of the operation, Gregory couldn't wait for the plastic surgery to begin. Her fiancé Clayton Luddington was by her side.

"I'm feeling great. I'm really excited," said Gregory.

The surgery lasted five hours and went off without a hitch. We were there when the bandages came off one week later.

The bump on her nose is gone. The eyes are rounder, and she's gone from a C cup to a D cup.

Looking in the mirror, Gregory said, "Everything looks great and I'm really excited!"
