The aspiring Pokémon masters were playing the smartphone game “Pokémon Go” when they entered the prayer garden of St. Luke’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, police told the Connecticut Post.
There, the two young men discovered a woman wearing no clothes.
She had allegedly pulled lights from the ground, overturned a statute and benches and threw garbage from her car into a baptismal pond.
Police responded to the scene and the woman, identified as a 40-year-old Bridgeport resident, was taken to a local hospital for observation.
She was not arrested and Church officials say the damage to the garden can be repaired.
