A Miami man and his girlfriend were arrested this week after cops say they beat his grandmother because she refused to drive them home to have sex.
Miami-Dade police picked up Michael Rubio, 25, and Jacquelyn Carrasquillo, 27, on charges of battery to a person 65 or older on Thursday.
According to a police report, the couple argued with the grandmother, who stopped her car and got out to walk rather than drive them home.
That's when cops say Rubio and Carrasquillo exited the vehicle and struck the grandmother multiple times in the face then threw her to the ground.
The woman fled, WPLG reports, while the couple got in the car and drove off.
Rubio and Carrasquillo were later arrested.
The couple are due in court Aug. 15.
