Actress Eve Plumb, best known as Jan Brady in The Brady Bunch, purchased the beachfront bungalow when she was just 11 years old with some help from her parents.

She paid only $55,000 making nearly $4 million in an incredible return investment.

The 850-square-foot bungalow with a beachfront deck was built in 1950 and is surrounded by larger and more extravagant homes. Inside, there's an ocean-facing living room and a small kitchen.

The home was bought by a development company and artist renderings show how the property will be demolished and turned in to a modern two-story 3,500-square-foot beachfront oasis.

Madison Hildebrand of Million Dollar Listings told Inside Edition: “It is a small, little treasure.”

He added: “This location on this beach where you have no neighbors to your left and you are on the sand — an amazing sandy beach — that is actually a pretty good deal.”

Plumb, 58, is still acting. She appeared in this year’s live TV production of Grease as Mrs. Murdock.
