It’s a terrifying moment caught on tape of an elderly man speeding down a San Diego freeway in the wrong direction. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
A pick-up truck was seen driving the wrong way on one of America's busiest highways at up to 90 miles per hour.

The 83-year-old man who was driving a truck collided with a concrete divider and the truck virtually disintegrated.
The horrified driver who caught this amazing video on a cell phone was Phil Spruitt.
"It was horrific, it was bad," says Spruitt.
INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent asks, "Do you think that he had any idea that he was on the wrong side?"
"He kept on reaching over and grabbing his seat belt and tugging on it. He knew something bad was going to happen," Spruitt replies.
The elderly man is in the hospital and in serious condition. Police say he was driving with a suspended lisense.
The crash triggered a chain reaction involving four other vehicles and caused a backup seven miles long.
