A chimpanzee in North Korea is turning heads because she smokes a pack of cigarettes a day.

Azalea, also known as Dallae, is a 19-year-old chimp at the Central Zoo in Pyongyang.
She is just like a normal chimp, but when she's given a lighter or lit cigarette she will have a smoke — just like a nicotine-crazed human would.
The zoo insists she does not inhale the smoke.
Visitors to the zoo, which was recently renovated, remained dazzled by what Azalea can do and she is reportedly drawing huge crowds.
When with her trainer, Azalea can also dance, touch her nose on command and bow.
The renovations for the Central Zoo started in 2014 in an effort for leader Kim Jong Un’s attempt to modernize the capital city.

The zoo opened in 1959, when Kim Il Sung, the current leader’s grandfather and country’s first leader, ordered it to be built.
The zoo started off with 50 badgers but now currently hosts a variety of dogs, giraffes, penguins and monkeys, including one that can slam dunk a basketball.
