The 4-year-old’s father, Royce Hutain, crafted the costume of a massive cumulus cloud that lights up to look like electrical charges.

In a video posted to YouTube, he said: “I like to go a little crazy with costumes for my daughter every year. We have fun making them together.

"This year's costume may be a bit impractical for actual trick-or-treating so she's going to go with her original plan of being wonder woman. Made with a blow up suit, digital LED strips and a programmed arduino.”

The video features Zoey roaming the dark halls of her home as she illuminates the area like a walking strobe light.

Zoey even ran outside to act as if she is in reigning over nature as Princess Cumulus.

Hutain has crafted LED costumes of his daughter in the past. She followed up the glowing stick figure get-up with "El Nino" in 2015.

"The rain I made happen with a wash fluid pump from the auto parts store and some sprinkler type stuff from Home Depot," he told Inside Edition about last year's costume.
