From 'Hamilton' to 'Seinfeld', Morning Show Hosts Get Into the Halloween Spirit

It was a happy Halloween for viewers that tuned into morning television as the hosts got into the festive spirit.

On the Today show, it was a “back to the 90s” theme. Matt Lauer dressed as Jerry Seinfeld from the "puffy shirt" episode of the iconic sitcom.

A pregnant Savannah Guthrie transformed into Demi Moore from the notorious 1991 Vanity Fair cover where she posed with her baby bump.

Al Roker channeled everyone's favorite klutzy neighbor, Steve Urkel of Family Matters fame.

Jenna Bush Hager transformed into her famous grandmother, former first lady Barbara Bush.

Kathie Lee and Hoda went back to the 90's set of Live! With Regis and Kathie Lee. Regis Philbin even made a special appearance to hang with his old co-host.

On their former show, Live!, Kelly Ripa channeled the Broadway hit Hamilton with a big opening to her show.

In typical Ripa fashion, she had a plethora of costume changes and donned outfits like Negan from The Walking Dead, Donald Trump, and Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad.

She was joined by Jerry O’Connell who was her fill-in co-host as well as special guests Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen.

On Good Morning America, Ripa’s former co-host, Michael Strahan dressed up as Pikachu, while Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos were Pokemon trainers.

Amy Robach was Sia.

Lara Spencer also channeled Hamilton. Guests Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd of Dancing With the Stars, dressed as the Joker and Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad.
