A Florida man was arrested Monday after cops say he was seen driving naked through a neighborhood with electrical wires protruding from his penis.
A witness in Boynton Beach told cops there they saw a man, later identified as Kurt Jenkins, drive by him as he gestured for the witness to look at his groin area.
When he looked, the witness told police he saw an electronic device with wires, according to a Boynton Beach police report.
While waiting for police to arrive, the witness told investigators he saw Jenkins make several passes through the neighborhood around the same time a nearby school released several children ages 5 to 10 years of age.
"As the children entered the neighborhood through the front gate, [the witness] observed Jenkins slow down his vehicle near the children, almost to a complete stop. The children looked in Jenkins' direction but did not approach the vehicle," the report reads.
After he allegedly refused to cooperate with police at first, Jenkins got out of the car and was brought to the ground by police, where he sustained injuries to his face, which were seen in his booking photo.
Jenkins was transported to an area hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.
Jenkins faces lewd and lascivious exhibition, exposure of sexual organs and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence charges.
He remained in custody on Thursday at the Palm Beach County Jail.
