Forget stealing cars, a New York man decided to take an MTA bus on a joyride for the second time in less than three years, according to reports.
Nickolas Ellias, 24, was arrested for stealing the transit bus from the Staten Island Ferry Terminal late Friday night, according to police.
The “bus driver” was spotted by cops driving the bus and arrested after a four-mile ride, reports said.
It was unclear if he picked up or dropped off any passengers during his route, cops said.
Ellias was caught doing the same thing in June 2014 and arrested then as well, according to records.
At the time, his foster father reportedly said the young man was obsessed with buses.
Ellias was charged with grand larceny auto and criminal mischief.
