According to an arrest affidavit, the sobbing 19-year-old told cops unprompted that she's observed her mother, Tonya Barker, sitting on Bolton's ex-boyfriend's lap and kissing him.

"The victim stood up from the chair, and it was at this time the defendant pushed the victim over the chair and punched him in the back of the head," the affidavit says.

Bolton told police she'd dated her ex, 39-year-old Philip Ocasio, for about a year and a half until about three weeks before she observed him and Barker, 37, through a window as they hugged and kissed in the mother's bedroom.
