The Mystery of the Flashing Lights at the White House
The bizarre light show was spotted in the second floor of the presidential residence Sunday night.
The mysterious red flashing lights that were seen inside the White House has been solved.

The flashing red lights were spotted in President Trump's second floor residence shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday night, causing concern.
It also caused social media to go into a tailspin.
“Those flashing red lights usually mean something seriously wrong or really bad in that room,” was one tweet.
Others speculated it was no big deal, like the person who tweeted, “It is a minor light show created in the president's private dining room.”
Other social media posts were more light-hearted, like the one that read: “Did they bring the orb back home with them?” It referred to that glowing ball the president rubbed during his recent trip to Saudi Arabia.
But it wasn't long before the Secret Service solved the mystery, saying in a statement: "The red lights had nothing to do with the White House."
The lights were actually a reflection, caused by a fire truck and an ambulance responding to a medical emergency in Lafayette Park, right across the street from the White House.

Meanwhile, Press Secretary Sean Spicer was back on TV for the first time in 15 days Tuesday.
He reappeared just as more turmoil is sweeping the White House as Communications Director Mike Dubke announced his resignation Tuesday and the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, faced growing questions about his contact with the Russians.
Spicer avoided questions about Kushner and wound up ending the briefing early as reporters protested.
