Prince William and Kate haven't even said 'I Do' yet, but there is already talk about when they will produce an heir. The buzz is, it won't be long before William and Kate have a newborn. INSIDE EDITION spoke with Special Correspondent Amanda Holden who has learned if the royal newlyweds have a girl, they will name her Diana after Willam's late mother.
It's a tradition that royal brides become pregnant almost immediately.
Princess Diana was pregnant with William within three months of her marriage to Prince Charles.
The Queen gave birth to Prince Charles before she had been married a year. In fact, you have to go back 200 years to find a royal bride who didn't become pregnant within a year of her wedding.
"Prince William and Kate are dying to get pregnant, they want a baby straight away. The British public says that if Will and Kate have a girl first, she should be our future queen! " said Holden.
That would go against British law, which states the male heirs take priority, but a new poll says 60 percent of Britins want that law changed.
