Emma Watson's Doppelganger Turns Heads: 'It's Still Something I'm Trying to Get Used To'

Kari Lewis, a 27-year-old mom from Indiana, says she is mistaken for the 'Harry Potter' actress all the time.

While many women would love to work their magic to look more like Emma Watson, this Indiana mom doesn't have to.

Kari Lewis, 27, says she gets mistaken for the Harry Potter actress all the time — and with one look at her Instagram page, it's clear to see how.

Lewis told InsideEdition.com that she first realized her uncanny resemblance to Watson in 2001 when two young girls in the post office referred to her as "Hermione."

"I didn’t believe it at first," she said. "I had to go home and look it up to find out what they were talking about."

And they're not the only ones, as Lewis says she is often approached by people who ask her if she's the Beauty and the Beast star.

“They’ll be like, 'Has anyone ever told you —?' “And I cut in, ‘Yeah. I hear it,'" Lewis said.

Her Instagram page has more than 6,000 followers and her photos, many of which show her wearing Harry Potter and Beauty and the Beast costumes, have received thousands of likes and views.

"I’m still trying to get this all in my head," she said. "I’m thinking, 'The internet is buzzing about me right now and I don’t get it. It’s still something I’m trying to get used to."

Not only do the two share looks, but also, a key common interest.

"I've always wanted to get into acting," said Lewis, who works at a video rental store. "I like being able to be someone else."
