'Hot Felon' Jeremy Meeks Offers O.J. Simpson Advice: 'Stay Out of Trouble'

Popping up in Los Angeles Sunday, Meeks, 33, was asked to address Simpson ahead of the former running back's July 20 parole hearing.

Ahead of O.J. Simpson’s possible release from prison, the ex-NFL star is receiving support from another high-profile inmate — “hot felon” Jeremy Meeks.

Popping up in Los Angeles Sunday, Meeks, 33, was asked to address Simpson ahead of a July 20 parole hearing, which may result in the former football player's freedom after nearly 10 years in prison.

“Man, I hope you do [get paroled],” Meeks told a TMZ photographer.

He then offered Simpson some basic advice: “Stay out of trouble.”

The Buffalo Bills legend, 70, has been serving a 33-year sentence at Nevada’s Lovelock Correctional Center since his arrest in a 2007 hotel robbery of his own memorabilia.

Simpson’s release has been considered more likely due to his age and the fact that he’s maintained a clean behavioral record while behind bars.

But still, Simpson is "sweating" the parole board, according to former prison guard Jeffrey Felix

“He’s under a lot of stress,” Felix told Inside Edition last week. “His freedom is on the line. He needs to be ready for his hearing.”

Simpson was famously acquitted of the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman following what had been dubbed the “trial of the century.”

Meeks was imprisoned for firearm possession and grand theft before his booking photo earned him adoration around the world and secured him a promising modeling career upon his release last year.

Since then, he’s appeared on catwalks in New York, Cannes and Milan. He’s also been romantically linked to Topshop heiress Chloe Green since some steamy photos of the pair kissing aboard a yacht surfaced several weeks ago.

“Sure is,” Meeks said when asked if his relationship with Green was getting serious.

His remarks come about a week after his wife said she was divorcing him when details of his relationship with Green emerged.

“He kept apologizing – not for the affair, but for the way I learned about it,” Melissa Meeks told the Daily Mail. "I feel humiliated, not just because my husband was caught with another woman but for the fact they were so brazen about it. He told me, ‘I didn’t mean it to happen like this.’ Those pictures will haunt me forever.”

She added: “We talked about divorce. I told him I didn’t think the marriage could be saved. He agreed. The marriage is over.”
