As Aniyah Pleasant, 17, sits in the grass with her phone recording a video, her niece Gaia could be seen sauntering up to the camera.

All of a sudden, little Gaia grabs the phone and takes off running while screaming.

“I wasn’t expecting her to take the phone,” Aniyah told InsideEdition.com. “She always poses so I’m like, ‘Okay, she’s just going to smile,’ but she just took it and ran.”

She later posted the video to Twitter, where it quickly went viral.

Although the 18-month-old has her own Instagram page and appears to be well on her way to becoming a mini-model, her mom, Keyinda Jones, 25, said Gaia sometimes just doesn’t want to be in front of the camera.

“She’s very active and unpredictable sometimes,” Jones told InsideEdition.com. “It’s just very crazy how she reacts to things. It was very unexpected when she grabs her phone when she ran off with it.”

Clearly, it was just one of those days.
