A child was found dead in a van outside a Florida day care this week.
Police in Orlando are investigating a possible case of child neglect after the little boy, whose age has not yet been made public, was pronounced dead shortly after cops responded to a call at Little Miracles Academy around 8:30 p.m. Monday.

"We received 911 calls in reference to a child who was found in a car, when the officers got here he was unresponsive and he was later determined to be deceased," Sgt. Eduardo Bernal told reporters at the crime scene.
Bernal said little else about the situation . "There's still a lot of information they're going to have to dig up for a case like this," he said.
Bernal also said that there were employees on site at the time police arrived but he went into no further detail.
A call placed to Little Miracles went unanswered and the voicemail box was full Tuesday morning.
The boy's family spoke to WKMG and said he was dropped off earlier in the day and was usually home by 6 p.m.
The boy's aunt, Barbara Livingston, said she asked a day care employee where her nephew was and the employee said he was "gone."
“(We) said, ‘Gone where?’ And she pointed at the van,” Livingston said. "I'm numb. I don't know how to feel."

A sign on the day care's door said it was closed Tuesday mornin, though some parents did arrive to rop off their children, saying they were not notified of the boy's death.
Police had made no arrests in the case as of early Tuesday.
