Andrew Koenig's Parents Walk Off Larry King Live Set

Walter Koenig and wife Judy Levitt Koenig were to appear on Larry King Live from Vancouver, where they are searching for their missing son, actor Andrew Koenig. But right before King introduced them, the couple

It was a bizarre moment for Larry King as the father of missing Growing Pains actor Andrew Koenig walked off the set.

The talk show legend was introducing Walter Koenig and his wife, who were off camera, when they suddenly left.

"Folks for some reason, unbeknownst to anyone, Walter Koenig, the father of the missing Andrew Koenig and Judy Levitt Koenig, mother of the missing Andrew Koenig left the studio in Vancouver," King informed his viewers.

Walter Koenig, who played Mr. Chekhov on the original Star Trek series, was apparently angry that the segment on his son had been bumped to the last two minutes of the show.

INSIDE EDITION caught up with him in Vancouver's Stanley Park where his son was last seen, canvassing the area with about 20 volunteers.

"We believe he was in Stanley Park at some point, and we're trying to find evidence of this," Koenig said.

There's been a disturbing development in the search for the 42-year-old former child star. INSIDE EDITION found his discarded Screen Actors Guild card in the trash. The apparently depressed actor had thrown it away before leaving Los Angeles.

Koenig, who has a history of depression, hasn't been seen since February 14th.
