Harrowing Video Shows Concertgoers' Desperate Attempt to Flee Vegas Shooting Spree in Cab

"There were dead bodies everywhere," one of the passengers is heard saying in the clip.

Some terrified concertgoers jumped into a cab to escape the mass shooting in Las Vegas Sunday night during Jason Aldean’s set at the Route 91 Harvest festival.

A man and woman are seen running to the cab, screaming, "Go! Go! Go!" as they jump into the car.

Dramatic new video obtained by Inside Edition showed the revelers speeding to safety with wounded and fleeing fans everywhere.

“Oh God! There is an active shooter,” the driver said in the video.

One passenger suffered a broken leg.

“So scared," the female passenger said. "There's a mass shooting. There was dead bodies everywhere,” “There were so many people got killed."

Many panic-stricken concertgoers flooded into the Mandalay Bay hotel from a pedestrian bridge near the field where the concert was being held, not realizing it was the same building where the shots were coming from.

Hundreds of others fled to the sanctuary of the Tropicana Hotel up the Vegas strip. They spent the night huddled under blankets in a ballroom where they were safe from the nightmare outside.

By the end of 64-year-old Stephen Paddock’s killing spree, 59 people were killed and more than 500 others were injured.
