Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Sends Love to Fan, 76, Who Has His Cardboard Cutout Next to Hospice Bed

One of Judy Rosenburg's wishes before she dies of pancreatic cancer is to be called "sexy" by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and the actor was happy to oblige.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made a special shout out to a “sexy” fan, a terminally ill grandmother who has a cardboard cutout of the San Andreas star next to her bed in a hospice facility.

The wrestler-turned-actor said in an Instagram video his team was alerted to an email sent to him about 76-year-old Judy Rosenberg.

He explained that one of Rosenberg’s 17 grandchildren recently wrote him to say that she was recently moved into hospice care in her battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

“She is an amazing woman and the matriarch of the family,” Johnson says in the video. “One of the things she has to keep her strong is this cardboard cutout of me.”

Johnson then turned his screen to show a picture of the grandmother lying in bed, holding the hand of the shirtless cutout’s hand.

Rosenberg, who has been married to her husband for 57 years, has five kids and 17 grandkids, the email explains.

“I don’t have that many babies, but I love practicing making babies,” Johnson laughed. “I say that joke because I know you’d appreciate it.”

Johnson then blows her air kisses and tells her she’s “sexy,” which was among requests listed in the email.

“Judy, you’re beautiful you’re clearly sexy,” he says in the video. “Myself and the millions of people who are watching this are sending you all the love and all the positive energy. We love you. Stay strong.”
