She is trained to handle exotic snakes.

An officer with Leon County Sheriff's Office in Florida showed no fear when she captured an anaconda with her bare hands.

Detective Emily Shaw received a call on Wednesday about a 9-foot-long snake on the loose, and as she is experienced handling exotic snakes, she headed right to the scene.

In a video of the encounter shared on the department’s Facebook page, Shaw first pokes the yellow anaconda with a nearby branch before slowly grabbing the reptile.

“You are crazy girl! God dern!” said the officer filming the video.

Police said they believed the snake was someone’s pet that escaped or was no longer wanted.

“If you own an exotic pet- please be responsible. Make sure their cages are completely secure and if you decide you no longer want it, DO NOT release it into the wild,” they wrote in their Facebook post.
