George Anthony's Alleged Mistress Speaks to the Press

More drama unfolds in the casey Anthony trial as a reporter interviews an alleged mistress of Casey's father. Casey's father denies the allegations. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.

Krystal Holloway says she was George Anthony's mistress and that he told her the secret of what really happened to little Caylee. Her words are an echo of the defense claims that caylee drowned in a backyard swimming pool.

Holloway is expected to be a bombshell witness for the defense.

"They began dating or had an affair, whatever you want to call it, and she asked him what happened to Caylee and he said it was an accident that snowballed out of control," said the defense attorney in the courtroom.

Holloway told WKMG-TV's Tony Pipitone an affair began after she volunteered to search for Caylee. A picture shows her wearing a t-shirt with Caylee's photo. Another image from her cell phone shows her with George Anthony.

Pipitone asked Holloway, "What did George tell you about that?"

"That it was an accident that snowballed out of control," said Holloway.

"Is it fair to say you had an affair with George Anthony?" asked Pipitone.

"Yes," said Holloway.

"An intimate affair?" asked Pipitone.

"An intimate affair," she said.

"But when investigators asked you about it, you denied it," said Pipitone.

"I did," she replied.

She says she doesn't believe another defense claim that Casey Anthony was sexually abused by her father when she was a child, a claim George has denied.

"That was ridiculous. When I seen it my jaw dropped. I could not believe that came out," said Holloway.

George Anthony denies having an affair, and having anything to do with Caylee Anthony's death.
