Bristol Palin's Feelings About the McCains and Dancing with the Stars

Bristol Palin pulls no punches in her new tell-all book, slamming Meghan McCain. Will it become a war of words between the two political daughters? INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

The gloves are off as Bristol Palin attacks the daughter of her mom's former running mate, Meghan McCain, who she portrays as a spoiled brat.

In her new tell-all, Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far, Bristol doesn't mince words when she reflects on her time spent with Meghan. "Every time we saw Meghan, she seemed to be constantly checking us out, comparing my family to hers and complaining," Bristol writes, "Oh, the complaining."

According to Bristol, Meghan did not make a good first impression. When the Palins met the McCains, Bristol says Meghan "ignored us during the entire visit. I had a sneaking suspicion I might need to watch my back."

The 20-year-old is not keen on McCain's wife, Cindy, either. She says Cindy acted "like a queen… I'd never seen people with so much Louis Vuitton luggage, so many cell phones and so many constant helpers to do hair and makeup."

Another group that Bristol doesn't look back on fondly? Her fellow Dancing with the Stars contestants. Bristol says they "rolled their eyes when they realized we'd survive to dance another day. [They] literally would not speak to us or acknowledge our presence."
