Levi Johnston is slamming Sarah Palin once again—this time in his new book Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin's Crosshairs.
"The real Sarah is nothing like you see on TV. I've been her little piñata for a long time now. That's what led me to write this book," said Johnston.
Johnston makes the bombshell claim that the marriage between Sarah and Todd Palin is a sham. He says he never saw any affection between them in the entire time he was dating daughter Bristol and living in their home in Alaska.
"Todd sleeps on the sofa every night. Sarah sleeps on the couch. They talk once a day for maybe 30 seconds. That's all I saw for the whole three or four years of dating Bristol," said Johnston.
Johnston told INSIDE EDITION's Diane McInerney that Bristol believed Todd was cheating on Sarah.
"She told me that crying. It never really went anywhere. I don't know if she told her mom that or not, but she was pretty certain he was," said Johnston.
Johnston's book comes out the same week as another new book that paints an unflattering portrait of Sarah—The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin by bestselling author Joe McGinniss. It includes the incendiary allegation that Sarah Palin once snorted cocaine.
McInerney asked, "Did you ever see Sarah Palin do cocaine?"
"Not that I know of. No. I would have to say that's probably a lie," replied Johnston.
Johnston says he and Bristol Palin barely speak now, and only when he tries to see their son Tripp.
Johnston told McInerney, "It's hard to talk to her because it's always fighting, and that's not what I'm about. I just want my son."
He says he doesn't recognize Bristol since she appeared on Dancing with the Stars and thinks she's had plastic surgery.
McInerney asked, "What kind of plastic surgery did she have?"
Johnston responded, "Just her strong jawline now. You can clearly see her cheekbones and everything. Her face is much thinner. I wouldn't date the new Bristol."
A recent poll says Johnston is one of the most despised men in America. After all, he did pose for Playgirl and there is the perception that he is cashing in on his estranged relationship with the Palins.
McInerney asked him about the possibility that his nemesis Sarah Palin might still run for President.
"That's a scary thought," replied Johnston.
