Does Christopher Dorner Have An Accomplice?

People are asking if suspected murderer Christopher Dorner has an accomplice. INSIDE EDITION reports.

Does Christopher Dorner, the rogue ex-cop suspected of assassinating three people have an accomplice?

According to a criminal complaint, U.S. Marshals have been "tracking the movements of J.Y., a known associate of Dorner."

The document says that a relative of J.Y. owns a home near Big Bear, a ski resort one hundred miles east of Los Angeles, where police found Dorner's burned out pickup truck.

J.Y. has not been identified, but, in his manifesto, Dorner mentions a man with those same initials who he calls, "a great friend, entrepreneur, husband and father." "You showed me the importance of fatherhood and friendship. Love you bro."

INSIDE EDITION had a look at the secret lair where Dorner reportedly wrote his manifesto.

Reports say Dorner checked into a small motel off of a busy street in Manhattan Beach after the murders. At $75 a night, traffic is heard outside on the busy street. The room includes a queen side bed and a desk, where it is suspected that Dorner wrote his manifesto. The motel room had Wi-Fi and investigators were led there by tracing the internet signal.

Authorities believe Dorner may be hiding out in Mexico.

Lt. Andrew Neiman of the LAPD said, “Early on this is investigation we had information that Christopher Dorner had attempted to abscond with a boat in the San Diego area and indications were that he was possibly going to go down to Mexico.”

His wallet and ID were found here at the busy U.S./Mexico border crossing at San Ysidro.

Dorner could simply have walked over this bridge and across the border.

A motel in Tijuana was raided by Mexican police in riot gear Monday night, but nothing was found.

A store security video obtained by TMZ shows Dorner strolling the aisles of a sporting goods store. He walked in with two yellow scuba tanks and asked that they be filled with oxygen.

Dorner is an expert diver and was a member of the Navy's undersea warfare unit.
