President Obama Whistles In Cabinet Meeting

President Obama turned heads in his first cabinet meeting of the year because he was whistling. INSIDE EDITION explains.

Here is something you’ve never heard about before at a presidential cabinet meeting—President Obama was whistling during his first cabinet meeting of the year. It seemed to really catch people off guard.

The Secretary of Transportation could be seen looking around as if wondering, 'Who’s whistling?' Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel were also in the room.

Body language expert Tonya Reiman says the presidential whistling could signal several things.

She told INSIDE EDITION, "Typically, people will whistle because they are happy. Or, when they are feeling stress. When you feel stress the whistling helps to calm you down."

So, what was the tune? Some people think it's John Mellencamp's "Little Pink Houses."

As the press was ushered out of the cabinet room, the president caught himself whistling and said, "I guess I shouldn't be doing that."
