INSIDE EDITION spoke to one of the victims of the Cleveland House of Horrors, Michelle Knight, about her new book and her new life as a chef.
Michelle Knight, one of three women held captive for a decade in the Cleveland House of Horrors, is embarking on a new life as a chef. She's also written a book about her ordeal that's out called Finding Me.

She told INSIDE EDITION’s Megan Alexander, “I felt better writing it even though it was very emotional and reliving it was the hardest part.”
The year's also seen a rift grow between Michelle and the two other women held captive with her, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus.
Alexander asked, "A lot of people want to know if you keep in touch with Amanda and Gina?"
Knight said, “Right now, it is not good for us to be together, but hopefully later in life we can get together.”
Now, Knight says she wants to become a chef. So we hooked her up with celebrity Chef Michael Ferraro of Delicatessen restaurant in Manhattan.
He said, “We are going to make one of the most popular items on my menu, cheeseburger spring rolls.”
Knight got right to work whisking the cheese sauce and rolling up spring rolls. Chef Michael Ferraro even offered her a job.
Knight told us that she'll never forget the horror of her captivity. But today, she's seeing a future bright with possibility.
She said, Now, I am able to find the beauty in life instead of the ugliness in life.”
