Nabhan, who is not a seismologist, makes a shocking claim saying all earthquakes fit a pattern. He says quakes hit during a full moon and within three hours of sunrise or sunset.
Renowned Seismologist Dr. Lucy Jones of the U.S. Geological Survey says there's no way anyone can accurately predict earthquakes, saying, “Try and find some real science. Be ready for them at all times but don't pick any one particular day. That doesn't make sense.”
