Woman Shopper Is Alleged Victim Of Upskirt Video

The alleged victim of a so-called upskirt video is fighting back after she says a man tried to take a picture of her when she was vulnerable in a store. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

In a recently surfaced video, people are keeping their eyes on one guy in a grey T-shirt. As an unsuspecting shopper browsed, he squatted down. He then reached out with his cell phone camera and allegedly filmed right up her skirt.

Tameika Alexander is the woman in the video. She was shopping at a Walmart near Orlando when she noticed a guy uncomfortably close to her.

In the video, you can see her glance over her shoulder. Then the guy pulled his arm back.

Tameika left the aisle to find her nephew, who then confronted the suspected creep.

Immediately, he headed out of the store, at which point Tameika's nephew did something really smart. He took a photo of him and his license plate. That was all cops needed to track down 42-year-old James King.

He denied taking any upskirt video and cops found none on his phone, but they charged him with "video voyeurism."

The arresting officer commented, "When I asked about why he had his phone out, King stated that he was looking at his 'to-do' list."

It's not the first time surveillance cameras have caught accused upskirt video voyeurs.

Another video was shot at a pet store in Los Angeles. The voyeur pretends to pet the victim's dog, while taking secret videos with his iPad.

Another video shows one guy at a gas station. He joined the list of suspected creeps preying on unsuspecting women.
