Law Professor Alan Dershowitz's Daughter Says Sexual Assault Charges Against Him Are 'Ridiculous'

Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz’s daughter spoke to INSIDE EDITION to defend her dad against the sexual assault allegations he is also vehemently denying.

The daughter of famed law professor Alan Dershowitz is fiercely defending him against allegations that he had sex with a woman when she was underage.

"When I first heard about it, I just thought it was so ridiculous," she told INSIDE EDITION. She added, "He's not someone who flirts with people. He's not someone who goes anywhere without my mom. He's not someone who is interested in these things."

INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent spoke to actress Ella Dershowitz and her parents at the family apartment in New York City.

Alan himself furiously denies all the woman's claims, calling them "Totally completely fabricated. She is having fantasies."

Alan is alleged to have had sex with the woman at the center of the Prince Andrew scandal.

In new legal papers, Virginia Roberts claims she had sex with Alan "at least six times," starting when she was "about 16."

"I called Dershowitz 'Alan.' I knew he was a famous professor," she said. She added, "He is lying by denying that he had sex with me."

Trent said to him, "A lot of people might look at it and go, 'It seems impossible that someone would make this entire story up.'"

"The entire story from whole cloth. I've never met her, I've never shaken hands with her. She has photographs of herself with Prince Andrew. She has no photographs with me," he claimed.

"Is it hurtful for you?" Trent asked Dershowitz's daughter, Ella.

"I mean, honestly, it's more bizarre," Ella replied.

Virginia Roberts is now 31. She and a bodyguard were seen leaving a Walmart in Colorado Springs. "No comments at this point," she said.

Roberts claims she was turned into a teenage sex slave by disgraced billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. The new court papers, that were filed Wednesday, include one photo from when she was a minor. "You can see how young I looked," she declared.

Trent said to Alan, "Virginia Roberts says that almost everyone associated with Epstein knew of his love of young girls."

"That's a total lie. Just a total and categorical lie," he replied.

Roberts also torpedoed suggestions that she had sex with former President Bill Clinton on Epstein's private island in the Caribbean.

"Clinton was present on the island at a time when I was also present on the island, but I have never had sexual relations with Clinton," she said in a document.

The New York Daily News front page Thursday reads; "I Did Not Have Sex With That Man!"

Prince Andrew, who was also accused by Roberts, broke his silence about the scandal Thursday. Speaking in Davos, Switzerland, at a high-powered gathering of business and world leaders, he cited previous denials by a spokesman for the royal family. He said, "I just wish to reiterate and to reaffirm the statements which have already been made on my behalf by Buckingham Palace."
