Five-year-old Cammy suffers from Rhett's syndrome which prevents her from being able to walk or speak. She is a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan.

Her mom reached out to the team as part of their #WhatsYourGoal social media campaign to share Cammy’s goal to make a hockey goal on the ice with her favorite player, Duncan Keith.

He spent some time with the five-year-old, got her some little skates, laced her up and the two hit the ice for a memorable experience that Cammy will never forget.
