She will give it another go after last year's mishap.

Mariah Carey will get a redo this New Year's Eve after last year’s performance went awry.

The singer, 47, announced on social media that she’ll grace the stage again for the live broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest in Times Square.

“Take 2. #RockinEve #NYE,” Carey wrote on Twitter.

During last year’s event the star had sound issues and couldn’t hear her background music, reports said.

She grew visibly frustrated during the live performace, saying things like, “We didn’t have a [sound] check for this song, so we’ll just say it went to No. 1 and that’s what it is, okay?”

At some points, the Grammy-winning singer completely stopped singing and allowed the background track to play out.

The singer’s manager said that the ABC show “set her up to fail,” after the botched performance.

Dick Clark Productions denied the claims and said Carey’s performance was troubled because she didn’t properly rehearse.

The star also tweeted “S*** Happens,” after the display.

This year, Carey and Dick Clark Productions seem to have called a truce.

They released a joint statement to PEOPLE about the upcoming performance.

“We can all agree that last year didn’t go exactly as planned and we are thrilled to move forward together to provide America with an incredible night of music and celebration on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018. See you in Times Square!”
