The ACM awards in Las Vegas featured the highly anticipated return of superstar Carrie Underwood, and her performance was one of the biggest moments of the night. It was her first time on stage since that nasty fall outside her Nashville home five months ago that required 50 stitches, but there was no sign of the scar during the show.
