The crossroads of the world became a place for romance on Valentine's Day. With billboards declaring their love, some men got down on one knee to propose to the women in their lives in the middle of New York's Times Square. Bernard Barrett and Sylvia Condon were visiting the Big Apple from Cork, Ireland. With their son Bobby in tow, Bernard thought it would be the perfect occasion to give Sylvia a ring after 10 years together. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more.
