Alligator Gets Ready for New School Year By Climbing Fence

When athletic director Bill Mottola showed up to school on Monday to get ready for the school year, instead of students, he found a huge alligator near the fence. Coach Mottola tweeted “Looks like this guy chose Option 1 - Attend school on campus! Decided to start a little early!” The gator then tried scaling the fence, but wasn’t able to get too far off the ground before falling. When contracted nuisance alligator trapper Ray Simonsen Sr. arrived, the gator wasn’t ready to go without a fight.
