UConn Shooter Peter Manfredonia Might Be Hiding in an Abandoned Poconos Hotel

The University of Connecticut senior Peter Manfredionia, wanted for double murder, may have been spotted today 180 miles from where he was last seen, disappearing down a set of train tracks in the Poconos Mountains in Pennsylvania last week. The area is peppered with cottages and hotels, and was once a popular destination for honeymooners and vacationers. It has since fallen on hard times and many buildings are abandoned, providing a good hiding place for a fugitive.
